Calling the Nations to repentance- this website is for a mature public   The Verdict    Be Born Again

March 7, 2011, an epic battle begin in Federal District Court. Bernard von NotHaus (BVNH) is one lone determined individual American vs. the might and fright of the US government. He was charged with counter- feiting (Sec 485 and 486) after the FBI confiscated over 9 TONS of gold, silver, platinum and copper over three years ago. [Note: Some of this confiscation was represented on warehouse receipt belonging to Jesus Holy Nation!] The lines are clearly drawn between an individual's freedom, to come up with creative ways, such as barter to deal with government mismanagement of our economy and its continued nullification of our Constitution.

The UnBiblical Property Tax

"I sincerely believe... that banking establishments are more dangerous than standing armies, and that principle of spending money to be paid by posterity (future generations collectively) under the name of funding is but swindling futurity (future time) on a large scale.' -Thomas Jefferson

Our entire financial system is based on an illusion, with a foundation built on quicksand. We spend more than we earn, we consume more than we produce, we borrow more than we save – and we cling to the fantasy that this can go on forever. The glue that holds this crumbling scheme together is a fiat currency called the Federal Reserve Note, created out of thin air by an international banking cartel called the Federal Reserve.  Since a ‘note’ is a debt, this leaves us with an obvious problem -WE HAVE NO MONEY!”   Chuck Baldwin

(Communist Decade) “Distrust was rampant, especially towards banks. This was understandable, considering that the economy struggled to transition to democracy, individuals who had saved all their lives toward a comfortable nest egg awoke one morning to find their savings worth little more than the coins it took to buy a hamburger.”  Cold Winds, Warm Hearts- The Church of the Nazarene in Bulgaria, Teanna Sunberg copyright 2010; Pg 38

FIAT EMPIRE - The Federal Reserve vs. The Constitution  This award-winning documentary shows how the Federal Reserve generates inflation, destabilizes the economy, causes wars, and enriches financial elitists at the expense of the common man....

If the (a) government can print money at will (creating something from nothing), then what is the necessity or purpose in its levying and collecting taxes? Why cannot any ordinary person, therefore, make himself or herself "rich" by printing his/her own money? What then is the morality or reality to money?

"Capital must protect itself in every way ...Debts must be collected and loans and mortgages foreclosed as soon as possible. When through a process of law the common people have lost their homes, they will be more tractable and more easily governed by the STRONG ARM OF THE LAW (Cops) applied by the central power of leading financiers. People without homes will not quarrel with their leaders. This is well known among our principle men now engaged in forming an imperialism of capitalism to govern the world. By dividing the people we can get them to expend their energies in fighting over questions of no importance to us except as TEACHERS OF THE COMMON HERD." (Taken from the Civil Servants' Year Book, "The Organizer" January 1934.)

$$$ MONEY $$$

"In the absence of the gold standard, there is no way to protect savings from confiscation through inflation. The Federal Reserve steals vast amounts from Americans regularly. It is done through its ability to create new dollars 'out of thin air.'"  -Alan Greenspan, Former Federal Reserve Head

Pope John Paul II was asked in Mexico during the decade of the eighties as to whether world peace was feasible he did not hesitate to give a quick reply. He said clearly and emphatically: “Yes, world peace is feasible but only after two of the greatest evils of the 20th century are gone.” Then he added saying: “These two great evils are communism and capitalism because both try to achieve their goals through the exploitation of people.”  -Charles Mercieca, Ph.D. President International Association of Educators for World Peace

Gambling Don't Bet on It, by Rex Rogers (ISBN 0-8254-3646-X):  "In recent years, America has plunged headlong into legalized gambling of every form.  Gambling is seen by many as a means to quick financial solutions-for individuals, governments, charities, and church groups alike.  ... "If money is wanted by Rulers who have in any manner oppressed the People, they may retain it until their grievances are redressed, and thus peaceably procure relief, without trusting to despised petitions or distorting the public tranquility."  -Continental Congress To The Inhabitants of Quebec; Journals of the Continental Congress, Journals 1:105-113

"The privilege of giving or withholding our monies is an important barrier against the undue exertion of prerogative (an exclusive right or privilege, exercised by virtue of rank, office, etc.) which if left altogether without any control may be exercised to our great oppression; and all history shows how efficacious (capable of having the desired result or effect) its intercession for redress of grievances and establishment of rights, and how improvident would be the surrender of so powerful a mediator."  -Thomas Jefferson: Reply to Lord North, 1775, Papers 1:225

It is written:

"THEN THE whole assembly of them got up, and conducted [Jesus] before Pilate. And they began to accuse Him, asserting, We found this Man perverting (misleading, corrupting and turning away) our nation, and forbidding to pay tribute to Caesar, saying that He Himself is Christ, the Messiah, the Anointed One, a King!  So Pilate asked Him, Are You the King of the Jews? And He answered him, "It is just as you say; [I am]." And Pilate said to the chief priests and the throngs, I find no guilt or crime in this Man."  Luke 23:1-4 -Amplified Bible

World Net Daily's Whistleblower Magazine, July 2006, Feature Title on the front cover: "The Federal Reserve: Fraud Of The Century".  "The Federal Reserve-which is neither part of the federal government, nor does it rely on monetary reserves- is an unconstitutional, unelected cartel that literally creates the devastating problems it was suppose to prevent."  In fact, as July's Whistleblower documents, the Feds new chairman, Ben Bernanke, admits  that the Federal Reserve was responsible for the Great Depression. "We did it," Bernanke said, adding, "We're very sorry."

It is mathematically impossible to pay off the national debt under this Federal Reserve System. This is not only fraud, but keeps a nation in perpetual bondage (slavery)! Howard Phillips of the Constitution Party is working to ABOLISH this and the

Commentary- by Thomas Millington, Ambassador IICor.5:20

The whole idea of honest money is that it is intended to be a medium of exchange; that is, something of value for something of value, for which "value" (e.g. labor/ food etc..) is freely determined between parties making the exchange. The Bank bailout problem today is the repercussion of the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 which implemented fraud upon America by taking the nation off from the gold/silver based money. Paper money (fiat money) is manufactured for pennies while the public is deceived into thinking it has much value (whatever the printed face value the bill is). What the government isn't telling you is that "Federal Reserve Notes" are no more "federal" than the delivery company "Federal Express," and that it is run by a private manipulative cartel of plutocratic minded men.  Worse than this delusion is that "Note" really means DEBT!  The Bank bailout that's upon America is just another "Act" (meaning scam- like a fictional Hollywood Act in a movie!). How is it possible to extinguish debt with debt? Try not paying back your loans to friends and see if you remain friends... Surely this creates hostilities even to the point of war. God have mercy upon the Land!

Money is not naturally found on planet earth.  It is a devise/creation of carnal men... but for which purpose- slavery, or as a medium of exchange? -Thomas Millington, Ambassador for Christ

It is written: "A just balance or scales are the Lord's; all the weights of the bag are His work [established on His eternal principles]. It is an abomination [to God and men] for the kings to commit wickedness, for the throne is established and made secure by righteousness- spiritual and moral rectitude in every area and relation." -Proverbs 16:11, 12 Amplified Bible

"The rich rules over the poor, and the borrower becomes the lender's slave."  -Proverbs 22:7 NAS

"No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and mammon. -Matthew 6:24

"Let me issue and control a nation's money and I care not who writes the laws." -Mayer Amschel Rothschild

Money and Power

President Bush had the wealthiest cabinet ever assembled in American history -Guinness Book of Records, 2002.

A plutocracy is a government in which the wealthy class rules. They deliberately keep the citizens who have a minimal understanding of government under its mind control by constant taxation (threats) and inextinguishable debt (war being among the colossal waste of life and resources); therefore, those citizens who give their

allegiance to the rich are generational slaves of their plutocratic empire (feudal system). The materialism mentality embraced by the citizens makes life bearable, but unfortunately does nothing to save themselves or future generations from the damnable curse of evil men. The demands of human government are always secondary to the demands of Christ and His Kingdom. GOOD NEWS: There is a life saving government: Holy Nation

"Some airports, believe it or not, are not all that friendly. They-and I’m mainly speaking of some government agencies here- often simply do not understand pilots. Often the agencies are driven not by the needs of their customer base- pilots- but by “bureaucratic greed” (read: r-e-v-e-n-u-e). There, I said it! The problem with that is that the agencies are biting the hand that feeds them."-Sport Aviation, January 2012; Lauran Paine Jr. (A retired military pilot and retired airline pilot)

“Whoever loves money never has enough; whoever loves wealth is never satisfied with his income. This too is meaningless.”  -Proverbs 5:10

Is money your idol? Money is all too often an idol in a person's life. It is easily used as a bribe. A nation that uses money to try to fix its problems rather than to consult God is morally bankrupt. A nation that uses money and a tax system to force allegiance as did Caesar (a tyrant), is doomed to destruction. Philanthropy

Nothing epitomizes global capitalism more than the world’s burgeoning futures markets, where trillions of dollars ride on everything from tomorrow’s interest rates to next year’s price for a bushel of wheat. This trade in the ephemeral (lasting a very short time) seems dubious (hesitant) to many people even today, and at its birth more than a century ago it seemed downright scandalous, requiring the help of a Harvard philosopher and the U.S. Supreme Court to ensure its survival in the United States... The Wilson Quarterly

It is written: Jesus: "Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God." -Matthew 19:24

"Now listen, you who say, 'Today or tomorrow we will go to this or that city, spend a year there, carry on business and make money.'  Why, you do not even know what will happen tomorrow.  What is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes.  Instead, you ought to say, 'If it is the Lord's will, we will live and do this or that.' As it is, you boast and brag. All such boasting is evil."  -James 4:13-16

"I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around [the banks] will deprive the people of all property until their children wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered. The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs." -Thomas Jefferson, Letter to the Secretary of the Treasury Albert Gallatin (1802)

Examples of money corruption:

"The tax code exceeds 5 million words. The IRS often orders taxpayers to pay taxes not owed or doesn’t give credit for taxes paid. Total taxpayer cost of IRS system: $232.6 billion every year."

"According to the Tax Foundation, the total taxpayer cost for IRS administration, enforcement, record keeping, tax filing, advice and collection was $194 billion last year. This sum is roughly the size of the total federal budget in 1970."  -National Taxpayers Union

"The secret to all of this was money, and Saddam used money to buy, steal, and bribe his way to greater and greater power. If he needed scientists with a certain type of expertise, he would buy them. Whether they were in America, or France or Germany that was no problem.  He had millions of dollars to work with, and he found that even the best scientists and technicians had their price." Saddam's Secrets, Iraqi General Georges Sada; pg 72

“They [American Special Forces] arrived with money to bribe local Commanders to switch their allegiance from the Taliban to the Northern Alliance.”  - (DVD) Special Forces, Weapons of War

"The soaring U.S. deficit [is] expected to hit a record $1.56 trillion this year." Money expenditures are in Health and Human Services, Education, Defense, Unemployment, Customs and Border Protection. -Time Magazine, February 15, 2010 Who is IRS?

What can we do to protect ourselves? "In the absence of the gold standard, there is no way to protect savings from confiscation through inflation. There is no safe store of value.  If there were, the government would have to make its holding illegal, as was done in the case of gold. The financial policy of the welfare state requires that there be no way for the owners of wealth to protect themselves. This is the shabby secret of the welfare statists' tirades against the gold. Deficit spending is simply a scheme for the confiscation of wealth." -Alan Greenspan [1966]

"Whoever controls the volume of money in any country is absolute master of all industry and commerce." -James Garfield Credit Cards

"And by unlimited seduction to evil and with all wicked deception for those who (are going to perdition,) perishing because they did not welcome the Truth, but refused to love it that they might be saved. Therefore God sends upon them  a misleading influence, a working of error and a strong delusion to make them believe what was false." 2 Thessalonians 2:10, 11 Amplified Bible
