Thomas Millington, in an unrelated constitutional case before a jury, Thomas was warned by Judge Nancy Corsones that "[He would] be held in contempt of Court and jailed if he persisted in his religious line of reasoning." An affidavit filed by a friend who attended the hearing said that "[Thomas'] mouth might just as well have been duct taped." Questions could not be openly asked of the Brandon Officer O'Neil involved without Thomas first having to approach the bench to get special permission from Judge Corsones. Most questions desiring to be asked were denied- a violation of due process!   Facade of Justice
